Worship
First Presbyterian Church Sanctuary

Worship is central to our life of faith at First Presbyterian Church. We believe that in worship, the community of faith gathers to praise God and to be strengthened to go into the world to share our faith. Our worship services are traditional but relevant, including beautiful music and meaningful sermons and prayers. Our music ministries, led by gifted professional music staff, include a talented chancel choir and a handbell choir that adds a great deal to worship. The children also sing on special occasions. New members are always welcome in our vocal and bell choirs.

We value children and youth in the church, and each Sunday we include a children’s message during worship. After the children’s message, the children may leave the sanctuary for a time of learning with our talented and dedicated children’s ministry volunteers.

We also have a nursery for infants and toddlers, and at 10:00 we have Sunday School for all ages. Adults have the opportunity to learn and grow through a variety of classes on Sunday mornings.
